Renegades Tribute to Past President, Claude Paquin

PAQUIN, Claude Georges Joseph
October 16, 1961 – November 22, 2021

On Monday, November 22, 2021, we lost a member of our Renegades family. Former Renegades President, Claude Paquin, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Claude was an active and passionate volunteer within our club, fulfilling most recently the role of club President. A strong supporter of the club, Claude was always quick with offers to help and had a warmth and personality that put others at ease. As President, he was focused and committed to growing the club and thoroughly enjoyed welcoming and getting to know new members.

During tournaments Claude could faithfully be found in the stands next to his wife Stacey. Both loved to watch their daughter Emilia play.  He was always easily located; all you had to look for was the group of parents laughing and having the most fun. Claude took great joy in supporting Emilia through her accomplishments, sharing most recently how happy he was for the family to spend time together in Hawaii prior to Emilia settling into her classes and training.

Claude’s passing has impacted our community deeply and we are grateful for his commitment and passion in building the Renegades legacy. Messages of support can be posted to his tribute page at: www.evanjstrong.com/obituary/Claude-Paquin
